        On July 16, ecological environment agency to hold part of guangdong province industry association symposium, situation of guangdong province nearly two years implementation of emission permits work and listen to the opinions of the trade association for the implementation of emission permits work, communicate with industry association, to the next step work implementation of emission permits were discussed.

The forum was chaired by zhou guoying, deputy director of the provincial department of environmental protection, and attended by xin guosheng, President/secretary general of GPCA and li shuai, deputy secretary general of GPCA/SPCA.

Since the introduction of the national emission permit system, guangdong province issued emission permits for 15 industries, including thermal power, paper, steel, cement, electroplating and printing and dyeing, in 2017, and seven industries, including starch, slaughtering and water treatment, in 2018.By July 15, 2019, 5,155 national pollutant discharge permits had been issued.

Emissions permits will be issued in 2019 for 22 industries including battery manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, computer/communications and other electronics manufacturing (including PCBS).

The meeting also discussed the implementation of the next emission permit system work.The meeting suggested that leading enterprises should be the first to fill in the form to lead other enterprises.Taking a certificate is just the starting point, the enterprise or to do a good job of technical standards, law - abiding.
